Thank you for your gift in memory of Diane Africk. Diane’s service as her husband Dick’s family caregiver was the inspiration behind Respiratory Health Association’s nationally-recognized COPD Caregiver Project.
By making a donation in Diane’s memory, you will help Respiratory Health Association continue to develop and distribute resources for family caregivers. These resources allow caregivers to succeed in their important work, while at the same time reducing the anxiety so often associated with family caregiving.
If you or a loved one is currently serving as a family caregiver for someone living with chronic illness, please let the person know how important caregiving is and remind the caregiver that a healthy and informed caregiver benefits both the patient and the caregiver alike. And think of Diane.
