Thank you for your gift in memory of Ira Graham.
By making a donation in Ira’s memory to Respiratory Health Association you will help continue the important lung health work he supported. He embodied tremendous compassion and strength during his wife’s fight with lung cancer, and resilience following her death 25 years ago. He had fought for non-smoking sections to be added to restaurants well before the hazards of smoking were well understood and was delighted to see research sponsored by RHA improve lung health and make restaurants entirely smoke-free. His sense of humor, with a joke that was completely appropriate for every situation, amazed his clients and family throughout his life.
He took a similar approach to his physical fitness, maintaining a daily regimen of exercise that allowed him to do CowaLUNGa bike ride benefits for the RHA as well as international weeklong bike trips in his late 80's.
May Ira's memory be as a blessing.
